Launched in August 2010, initially as a quarterly title, Red Army’s print run was just 5,000 copies for the first 2 issues. Issue 3 however saw the need to double up to 10,000 as did issue four to 20,000 just three months later. Issue 5 also followed suit and increased by double again to 40,000.
From May 2012, Red Army Magazine will be published 10 x per season WITH 40,000 issues. With the 50,000 print-run target very much on-course by the end of next season and the digital version following very closely behind with growing online subscriptions, confirming Red Army Magazine as not only the biggest Manchester United magazine but also the fastest growing in the UK!
Written and produced by long-term United fans with editorial nous & experience, and packed with the latest Manchester United news, gossip, topical discussions, players’ contributions, plus interviews with celebrities and fans, Red Army really does offer amazing value for money to every United fan throughout the UK and the digital world!
And with an estimated 6 million fans in the UK and Ireland alone, the scope for continued growth into 2012 and beyond is considerable!
Distribution, Circulation & Readership
*40,000 printed copies are distributed free by Red Army employees at Old Trafford home games 10 x perseason, to fans from all over the UK & International fans. The digital version is also now available free every issue, via our website.
