Young or Nani?

This may well be a controversial opinion amongst reds, but I do believe Young should start in front of Nani. Young is by far the more complete player out the two and as with last season Nani is proving inconsistent, practically going missing against Albion.

Be interesting to see how things change when Antonio comes back from injury.

i for one tottally agree with you josh nani is so in and out of games he tends to cross when he should shoot and shoot when he should cross .valencia is more direcet get a yard put the ball where hurts and i think young has already proved saf right and will get better dont know weather nani can get any better or if hes up for the fight to keep his place hope he proves me wrong and has a great season coz thats good for utd we will see lv utd

Glad someone can see where I'm coming from. Yeah totally agree with you on Valencia, he picks up the ball and puts it in dangerous positions 9 times out of 10. You know what you're getting with Valencia whereas you don't know which Nani will turn up. The world class one or the cart horse who we've seen one too many times during his United career.

on the past 2 games the ball has gone more to the left, towards young than to the right on nani, which has seen nani try and go more central. clearly proving nani wants the ball, but isnt getting it, its only 2 games but united need to spread the ball more as we did with kanchelskis and giggs, and yes we are looking more like the 94 team every day

I don't think Young or Nani is the question, i think its Young or Valencia...Nani is a completely different player than Ashley..Ashley is an attacking winger (outside mid) where nani in central attacker. If you ask me who should start between young or Valencia, i would say it depends on the game...Young is a better attacker who can score better, but if you need a back tracking mid who plays defense as well as attacking, I would pick Valencia....he is the better defender....

I see a lot of Andy Cole in Ashley, which i like..
